There are always going to be the moment that you feel extremely stressed out.

It’s nothing wrong to feel sad or angry at yourself, especially when you have so many things on your shoulder and barely can find any time to breath.

There is always the moment you need to take a quick break and the best way is to visit a park or be closed to ocean. Nature always brings the best energy.

I find myself calm and relax whenever I’m closed to trees. Today, while visiting a park with my little one, we also lucky to see the beautiful bees who is busy doing its important work.
