It is a “special design” into us of having different emotions.
However, it is not built in for us to deal with them.
Sadness is probably of the most difficult one.
It’s ok to be sad, to let the emotion flow out of you through our physical body and effort so that we are able to rebalance ourselves and walk forward in the earth life.
One important rule is that we should not ever hurt others, not orally and not physically.
You do not need to spend a lot of money to deal with sadness.
Naturally, we are given many resources to ease out the sadness emotion.
Sun, plants, ocean are the most powerful “cleaning” tools for our body, mind and more.
Learn to be alone for even just 2 minutes.
Cry out loud and take a good bath from top to toe.
Drink your favorite hot tea ( well… some might ask how about coffee? or cold tea? ^^ , it’s really no rules, but hot water will flow and carry out your sadness easier so no harm of trying, right? )
Read a book that you have always wanted to.
Go exercise.
And more …
You simply just need to know, it’s ok to be sad.
But don’t soak in it for too long.
We have limit time in this life, enjoy each day and be bright and hopeful.
The most important, be thankful. : )
